Connection is a celebration of femme4femme love. As with votive candles lit in a church, each candle offers a prayer and an honoring of sapphic sacredness, the flames mirroring the heat of connection. 

 

Sacred space is not owned by an institution, but is made by those who gather there. Connection is an intentionally moveable piece, meant to be brought into a space and bring light to a moment. 

 

This piece is an attempt at capturing the beauty of queer intimacy.
